Lexie is in foster care in rural East Tennessee and will be transported upon adoption. Many dogs get dumped by their owners in the south when they no longer want them. Lexie is a one of those dogs. Attempts to locate her owner were unsuccessful. Lexie is only 1 yr. old. She is a high energy girl and will need an active family to help her thrive. She is friendly and outgoing. She is crate trained, and housebroken. Lexie is spayed, UTD on vaccines and ready for her new home. She is good with other dogs. She has not been cat tested, but may be too rambunctious for them. At 25 lbs, currently, we believe she will be a medium sized dog. A fenced yard is preferred.
