I've been in the shelter longer than most and my adoption fee has been paid by someone who loves me.My foster knows me better than anyone! Here's what they had to say about me: Hi there, I'm Domino. I am very shy at first but once I get to know you, I will give you hugs and sandpaper kisses as often as possible. I am very affectionate and my purr motor is loud. I love to play with laser pointers and my catnip toy and my foster family says I am the bestest tuxedo boy. I have been very interested in meeting the resident cat but she seems a little too eager for me so we are taking things slow. I think eventually we will become friends. Also, they say the trick to getting me to come out of my shell are Churus, hint hint.I'm not on the general adoption floor. You might not see me when you come to visit. So please speak to an adoption counselor if you'd like to meet me.Here's what I need for my new home:I can be shy in new spaces. I need time in a smaller room to adjust to my new surroundings. It's a lot to take in at once and I become more fearful and overwhelmed when I don't take baby steps./pI need a slow introduction to cats and other pets. I can share my space with them, but I'd like to get used to the idea over time.If there are kids in my new home, I need to meet them before I go home. I love all people, but I want to make sure any children and I are a good match for each other. Adopted animals will be spayed or neutered prior to their adoption. 2. Adopted animals will be placed as companion animals. 3. Adopted animals must be kept in accordance with all local laws and ordinances. 4. All animals leaving the shelter must be wearing identification and restrained by leash or carrier.Shelter locationWe are open to the public between 2pm and 6pm,7 days a week.
