Biscuit is back at the shelter after a brief adoption with a whole new identity! His name used to be Willy, and while Free Willy is still his favorite movie, he’s embracing his new name. Makes sense since he’s a dog and not a majestic Orca, anyway. But, he’d like to be freed just like in the movie. Biscuit’s natural habitat is the inside of a family home and not the ocean, but you see the parallels!! Free Willy… er, Biscuit!!!During a brief adoption Biscuit was housebroken, did great on car rides, and knew basic commands like “sit” and “lay down”. He also did well with kids as young as 10 years old. Biscuit’s adopter described him as being very sweet and protective. He needs time to warm up to some new people, so would like to meet everyone in the household before heading home. Biscuit has shared his kennel with another dog at the shelter and was social, playful, and easygoing during his most recent behavioral evaluation with other dogs. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home just to make sure it’s a good fit. If you can help free Biscuit from life in the shelter, ask about him today!! “Today was my first time meeting Biscuit. He was excited in the kennel, treat motivated, and I leashed him easily. Biscuit did his business on our walk and enjoyed sniffing, and he walked fairly well on leash. He`s a good boy!” – PACC volunteer
